ECCS has implemented MAXIMO for Aviation for our client migrating from two different Systems; the team had to provide solutions for incorporating their business processes into MAXIMO.

Standard MAXIMO functionality was used as much as possible throughout the project, but the complexity of the client’s business processes required Bespoke Applications and Programming.

Part of ECCS’ remit included:

• Business and Data Analysis;
• Understanding of MAXIMO for Aviation;
• Understanding of the incumbent data;
• MAXIMO Configuration (Application Design Table Configuration / Domain Creation etc)
• MAXIMO Customisation (Migration Manager, MAXIMO MXLoader, Oracle Scripts)

The project has been challenging and extremely complex however the end result has proved highly rewarding with the client being delighted with the results achieved.
